Qualifikationen

• Formation professionnelle ou diplôme universitaire en agriculture avec plusieurs années d'expérience.
• Compétences avancées en MS Office, notamment Excel et Access.
• Connaissances de base en sélection et expérience en travail pratique de sélection.

Aufgaben

• Assistant à la planification et à l'évaluation des essais de culture.
• Entrée et traitement des données à l'aide de MS Office et bases de données de sélection.
• Évaluation sur le terrain lors des productions de semences en Italie, France et Allemagne.

Thispermanentposition is available immediately at ourEinbecklocation. Employment is possible on afull-timeorpart-timebasis (minimum 30 hours/week), provided you are willing to work overtime during seasonal peaks.

Exciting responsibilities await you in this role:

• Support in planning and evaluation of trials, including compilation of results
• Support in planning seed productions, including upstream and downstream tasks (purity analyses, cytology, etc.) as well as compilation of results
• Entry, maintenance, and processing of data using MS Office and breeding databases
• Field scoring in seed productions in Italy, France, and Germany
• Support of other working groups, mainly within sugar beet breeding
• Cost-efficient personnel planning to assist with practical breeding work

Bring in your strengths:

• Completed vocational training or university degree (B.Sc.) in agriculture or a similar qualification with several years of professional experience
• Very good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Access; ideally experience with breeding databases
• Willingness to learn and work with new tools such as Power Platform
• Basic knowledge of breeding and experience in practical breeding work
• Independent working style, team spirit and high sense of responsibility
• Business Fluent in German and good command of English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel seasonally and a valid driver’s license (Class B)
