Working time: Full-time/Part-time

• Lead the analysis and documentation of complex technical requirements for enterprise systems
• Have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of applications, systems, and their integrations
• Know how to analyze data objects from large and complex systems, specifically for the back-office platform catering to the securities and investment business of UC Italy and UC Germany.
• Will analyze data objects from the new back office/custodian systems
• Collaborate with other domain stakeholders to translate the functional requirements into technical specifications for the development teams
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
• Design and maintain technical specification templates and standards
• Analyze data flows and integration points between systems
• Create detailed interface specifications for system integrations
• Define data mapping and transformation requirements
• Conduct detailed analysis of existing systems and document technical dependencies
• Work closely with development teams to clarify technical implementation details
• Perform technical feasibility analysis for new requirements
• Ensure consistency and quality of technical specifications across projects
• Collaborate with QA teams to define testable technical criteria
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from a technical perspective

Deep understanding of securities business processes, specifically requiring expertise in at least three of the following six areas:

• Reference Data: Understanding of financial instruments static data, market data, counterparty data, and hierarchy management
• Transaction Management: Knowledge of trade lifecycle, order management, execution, position keeping, and trade confirmation processes
• Settlements & Custody: Expertise in settlement processes, custody operations, corporate actions processing, and asset servicing
• Cash Management: Understanding of cash forecasting, reconciliation, payment processing, and liquidity management
• Accounting: Knowledge of financial accounting principles, bookkeeping, P&L calculation, and regulatory reporting
• Instrument Data: Expertise in financial instruments characteristics, pricing mechanisms, and market data management

Further requirements:

• Capable of designing processes, mapping of client business requirements, and ensuring smooth project delivery
• Strong ability to work with stakeholders to assess current state processes and tools, identify solution options, define requirements, determine, and define integration requirements, and deliver overall architecture and implementation plans.
• Understanding each customer's needs and challenges
• Analyze information and propose solution to meet needs of customers
• Technical architecture/lead experience
• Experience in Network components (i.e.: Load balancer, Firewall)
• Defines and communicates, at an architectural and design level, technical solutions aligned with business problems and systems architecture.
• Designs and collaborates with Business Process Analysts and Developers in the creation of a High-Level Solution Design Document.
• Experience with SaaS/PaaS and securities and investment business products
• Extensive experience in writing technical specifications for enterprise systems
• Strong expertise in data analysis and mapping
• Advanced knowledge of integration patterns and protocols
• Experience with financial market systems and operations
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Expertise in requirements gathering and analysis
• Proficiency in technical documentation tools and methodologies
• Experience in financial software implementation projects
• Fluent in English and German
• University degree in Computer Science or related field
• Professional certification in Business Analysis
• 7+ years experience in technical analysis and specification writing
