- 3+ years of work experience in the PV industry is essential.

Your mission
- Customer claim contact person and first onsite technical failure analysis
- Coordinating internal customer complaints root cause research and preventive action implementation
- Responsible for local pre-sales technology supporting, technical contact person for customer requests confirmation
- Support sales and marketing with technical input.
- Reporting weekly activities and customer requests to senior.
- Prepare technical product documentation and presentations (do technical translation as required)
- Attend shows and conferences to feedback market trends.
Your profile
- Education: minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Physics. Furthermore, technical understanding of PV-modules and PV-plants is required.
- Work Experience: 3+ years of work experience in the PV industry (Solar cell, module or system area)
- Technical Knowledge: Good MS Office skills
- Languages: Fluent English language skills and at least a second European language (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel
