The Advisor I, Technical Support, responds to basic and routine inquiries of a technical nature, including hardware, software, or other designated client products. This position assists external users of the client's technical products or services by answering questions and resolving problems involved in their use.

Due to our growth, we are seeking a Technical Supporter (m/f/d) with strong Polish and English skills for our Sales department to create exceptional customer experiences for the world's largest social media platform.

Our Berlin office employs 1950 staff across over 12 languages, handling communication via phone, chat, or email with our clients' customers.

Join our multilingual team and advise small and medium-sized companies on their accounts:

  • You will contact customers via phone, chat, and email after scheduling appointments.
  • You support customers with website, store, or account integration and help solve technical challenges.
  • Your analytical skills help identify content and performance opportunities, advising customers on technical integration and process improvements.
  • You assist customers during implementation of measures.
  • You monitor customer success through ongoing tracking.
  • You have completed technical education or have experience as a technical customer consultant, help desk employee, or in IT support.
  • You have at least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Experience with social media advertising, digital marketing, tools like Pixel, MS Office, email systems, API/SDK integration is a plus.
  • You are reliable, customer-oriented, and analytically minded.
  • Your careful nature and quality sales skills ensure customers receive excellent advice.
  • You possess at least C1 Polish and B2 English language skills.
