Zusammenfassung

Nexburg GmbH in Germany seeks a technical project manager to own end-to-end delivery for assigned customers, from requirements gathering and design to delivery and acceptance. You will lead cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and engineers, and coordinate with internal partners to define roadmaps and align timelines with customer needs.

You will translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions, support pre-sales activities, and travel to customers as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in a technical field with relevant professional experience in technical project management.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and strong technical understanding.
• Experience in telecommunications environment or with telecom operators, vendors or providers.

• Take ownership of the technical end-to-end project management of assigned customers, from requirements gathering and technical solution design through to successful project delivery and acceptance.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams consisting of software developers, testers, support and engineering specialists.
• Work with internal project partners to develop technical solution concepts and define project roadmaps, considering technical, timeline and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to analyze technical incidents, coordinate troubleshooting activities and ensure successful service delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.
• Provide technical support to customers and contribute to continuous improvements of solutions, processes and services.
• Support the sales team in a technical pre-sales role and contribute to acquiring new customers and strategic partners.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and align them with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Occasional business travel to customers and partners is required.

Your mission

• Collaborate closely with engineering and support teams toanalyze technical incidents, coordinate troubleshooting activities and ensure successful service delivery.
• Build, maintain and continuously strengthen long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.
• Provide technical support to customers and contribute to continuous improvements of solutions, processes and services within the department.
• Support the sales team in atechnical pre-sales role and contribute to acquiring new customers and strategic partners.

Your profile

• Completed degree in a technical field combined with relevant professional experience intechnical project management, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and a strong technical understanding.
• Professional background with atelecom operator, telecom vendor or provider of telecom solutions.
• Good knowledge of modern telecommunications networks, network topologies,IP networking and relevant protocols.
• Experience working with engineering teams ontroubleshooting, technical incident analysis and service delivery.
• Ability to analyze technical incidents, develop solution approaches and coordinate the activities required to resolve them.
• Strong communication skills, effectively applied in day-to-day project, customer and stakeholder management.
• A proactive, solution-oriented and detail-focused approach, combined with a structured and independent way of working.
• Confident working with international customers and partners across different cultural and business environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and work collaboratively with different stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Strong understanding of customer and partner needs, with the ability to translate these into a sharedtechnical project roadmap and align it with all relevant stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
