P3 Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH seeks a skilled telecom/network professional to support and drive network deployment projects across international clients. The role focuses on planning, design, and optimization of modern networks including private 5G and orchestration-based solutions.

You will collaborate with global teams to translate complex technical concepts into client recommendations, contributing to operations, security, and performance improvements in diverse environments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in telecom technologies, network engineering, and/or network operations.
• Experience with network automation or orchestration platforms.
• Understanding of wireless and wireline technologies.
• Ability to translate technical topics into client recommendations.
• Experience in international environments.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.

• Support planning and execution of Network Deployment projects for leading telecom operators and enterprises.
• Contribute to designing Network Operations models and help develop autonomous network capabilities.
• Enhance Customer Care & Operations processes by aligning technical insights with customer experience needs.
• Design and implement Network Orchestration and Engineering solutions that drive automation and performance.
• Conduct Network Benchmarking & Optimization activities to ensure high-quality, resilient network performance.
• Explore and implement 5G Private Networks and other emerging technologies.
• Assess, improve, and ensure robust Network Security architectures and practices.
• Manage System Integration across multi-vendor and multi-technology network landscapes.
• Deliver Managed Services and high-impact Consultancy Services throughout all project phases.
