To further support our dynamic team we are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Telecom Engineer.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Telecom Engineer with expertise in 3GPP standards and software development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for development and implementation of telecommunication solutions while working closely with software developers and product managers to enhance product portfolio. This role requires a strong technical background in 3GPP standards, network protocols, and software development to drive innovation and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate software solutions in compliance with 3GPP standards and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain telecom software applications, utilizing programming languages such as Python and C++.
• Perform in-depth validation, testing, and troubleshooting of telecom network solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for processing and managing toolchain components.
• Conduct log analysis to identify issues in measurement equipment and perform data validation for accuracy and consistency.
• Evaluate and test emerging technologies, including O‑RAN, network slicing, and other next‑generation network solutions.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and system engineers to integrate and enhance 5G network capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members.
• Stay informed on emerging telecom technologies, 5G advancements, and modern software development techniques to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in telecommunications engineering, 5G technologies, and software development.
• Strong understanding of 5G NR, LTE network architectures, and related communication protocols.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing telecom software applications for network management, monitoring, or optimization.
• Proficiency in Python or C++ programming languages.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in telecom, particularly for network optimization and automation.
• Experience using Docker for containerization and deployment of telecom applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross‑functional team environment.
