About the Role :

Established Search is partnering with a market-leading innovator in specialty food ingredients to recruit a Technical Account Manager for the DACH region . This role is designed for a customer-focused technical expert who excels at nurturing key accounts, driving adoption of advanced ingredients, and providing tailored solutions to food manufacturers.

Your Profile :

  • Academic background in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B account management or technical sales within specialty ingredients (e.g., proteins, hydrocolloids, enzymes, stabilizers, or functional blends).
  • Proven ability to deepen client relationships, provide technical support, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong commercial acumen paired with the ability to translate technical benefits into customer value.
  • Fluent in German and English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Self-driven and adaptable , comfortable working remotely with occasional travel (up to 40%).
