The Role :

Technical Account Managers are the primary contact for our customer’s clients and the first line of defense for data. All employees of our customer are committed to Customer Success, and Technical Account Managers are at the forefront. They provide onboarding, proactive support, and continuous value to clients.

To be a successful Technical Account Manager, you must be a motivated self-starter , committed to continuous learning and professional growth, with strong technical expertise and customer service skills .

Your Responsibilities :

  • Ensure data is protected from insider threats, cyber-attacks, and policy violations
  • Onboard customers to our customer’s platforms and provide ongoing support
  • Drive Customer Success through frequent health checks, hands-on product usage, training sessions, and best practice sharing
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly business and security impact reviews
  • Identify and promote upsell opportunities alongside the Sales team
  • Continuously develop expertise in new products and evolving security ecosystems
  • Assist Account Managers and Sales Engineers in identifying renewal risks and collaborate to ensure successful contract renewals
  • Serve as the primary technical contact , supporting both customers and internal teams such as Support and Engineering
  • Advocate for customers internally, ensuring their feedback is properly documented and addressed
  • Engage with customer stakeholders at all organizational levels , including Infrastructure, Cloud, Privacy & Compliance, Security, Incident Response, and C-suite executives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues , providing clear recommendations and action plans while engaging internal teams when needed
  • Escalate customer issues to management as appropriate
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting newly acquired insights for customer and internal reference

Your Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a Cloud, Cyber Security, or Data Security & Privacy company
  • Experience working with Windows OS
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud, and security technologies
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and a commitment to Customer Success
  • Proven ability to work effectively in team-oriented and sales-driven environments
  • Travel availability up to 25%
