Planet Technologies is seeking an experienced IT account manager to lead and grow assigned accounts within the Managed Services team, with a strong focus on customer retention and delivery excellence. You will ensure IT services are delivered to clients meeting or exceeding service levels.

You will coordinate with Account Executives and Managing Architects to align technical resources, manage multiple complex projects across large remote teams, and provide trusted advisor guidance to customers
