As a Tech Talent Manager, you
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Conduct structured, high-quality screening interviews to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build, manage, and nurture a robust pipeline of talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs, refine job profiles, and contribute to strategic workforce planning
- Lead active sourcing efforts across multiple channels, continuously optimizing our tools, processes, and platforms to attract exceptional candidates
- Maintain a high standard of applicant tracking and data integrity, ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders
- Play an active role in shaping broader HR andPeopleinitiatives, with opportunities to grow into areas such as HR business partnering, talent development,andstrategic HR projects
- This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter (3-5 years) who is passionate about tech hiring and eager to broaden their impact beyond recruiting. It offers the opportunity to grow into a more strategic HR function, with the desire and ability to develop into an HR leadership role within the next 1–2 years
- You'll work side by side with hiring managers and senior leadership, gaining first-hand insights into our business priorities and technology roadmap
- You’ll go far beyond traditional recruiting – your ideas will shape our employer brandand contribute to broader people and culture strategies

Here is what you bring to the table
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in tech recruiting within a dynamic, fast-paced environment – ideally with exposure to the aerospace or high-tech industries.
- Proven strength in active sourcing and a sharp eye for identifying top talent across engineering, data, and product domains.
- A genuine passion for people and a strong interest in expanding your impact beyond recruiting – into areas such as HR business partnering, talent management, organizational development, and HR operations.
- A desire and readiness to grow into a leadership role within the HR team over the next 1–2 years.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership, while being a reliable and collaborative team player.
- Outstanding communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus, but not a requirement.
- A proactive, curious mindset paired with the drive to learn, evolve, and contribute to building a high-performing People function.
