Description:

1. Description of the project/contract background:

• This project aims to optimize and manage the requirements process and scope for digital transformation projects and tenders.
• The core task is to ensure the timely, budget-compliant, and agreed-upon delivery of these projects and tenders.
• Through successful implementation, the project will contribute significantly to the functionality of the OSS system, which ultimately ensures optimal network coverage for our customers.

2. Specific service description without reference to individuals:

• The service includes consulting the department on the aspects of planning, implementation, and controlling of software and IT infrastructure projects with the following tasks:
• Agreement and documentation of project objectives
• Creation of a work breakdown structure for the project
• Creation of a project plan with all agreed deliverables
• Management of ensuring the delivery of all agreed deliverables in compliance with the dimensions of time, scope, budget, and quality
• Active project controlling in the dimensions of time, scope, budget, and quality and early initiation of
• countermeasures in the event of a threat to goal achievement
• Active management of project risks
• Active management of project issues, including active management of necessary escalations
• Preparation and implementation of steering board meetings
