DEINE NEUE ROLLE

• You’re the change agent for engineering practices, culture, and processes within your team.
• Write production code and take on sprint tasks yourself. You lead by example and stay close to the problem.
• Drive the shift‑planning domain to the next level, delivering reliable, scalable services that power thousands of rosterseveryday.
• Refine our architecture and ensure code quality through pair programming, reviews, and automated tests.
• Partner with the Product Owner to plan, design, and ship valuable increments on time.
• Keep feedback loops short by releasing to production multiple times per week.
• Empower, inspire, and be a role model for your fellow technical colleagues.
• Refine our architecture, drive topics, and share knowledge across the organisation.

DEINE ERFAHRUNG & PERSÖNLICHKEIT

• You have a proven track record in leading and improving engineering teams.
• Strong communicator who prefers face‑to‑face collaboration and empowers others.
• You are giving and open to receiving fair, open, and direct feedback in all directions.
• Highly proficient in TypeScript and NodeJS, with familiarity in frameworks like NestJS.
• You are passionate about developing applications with excellent user experience and value clean, testable, robust, and maintainable code.
• You have solid experience with web and cloud application development.
• You are familiar with basic Agile concepts and methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Scrum).

Nice to have

• Relevant experience with more of our tech stack (Kafka, AWS, Docker) and tools (GitHub, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams).
• Experience with building and running B2B and/or SaaS software.
• Experience with other relevant technologies (like React and PHP).
• German language skills.
