Zusammenfassung

Myra Security in Munich is seeking an experienced software leader to join an international cross-functional team of engineers and QA to deliver customer-focused security solutions.

You will design, validate and advocate architectures, drive technical decisions, and push for continuous delivery while mentoring other engineers. Proactive collaboration with product teams is essential, and strong English communication is required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in web development (JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS).
• 3+ years with Laravel or Symfony.
• 3+ years developing JavaScript apps with frameworks.
• Experience leading, coaching and mentoring software engineers.
• Experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, GraphQL is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with problem solving.
• Previous Tech Lead/Team Lead/Engineering Manager role preferred.
• Agile methodologies experience.
• Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback in agile environments.
• Fluent English communication.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as a part of an international and cross-functional team of software and QA engineers to create and improve solutions focused on our customer's needs

• As member of Product Team - participate in ideation, discovery and reviews of solution designs as well as related code

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development (JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS)
• 3+ years of experience with at least one PHP framework (Laravel or Symfony are preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in developing JavaScript based applications both vanilla and using JS frameworks
• Experience leading, coaching and mentoring Software Engineers
• Experience with ReactJs, TypeScript, GraphQL would be a plus
• Ability and curiosity about new Technologies, you love to validate your ideas hands on in form of POC software and RFC documents
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and learning aptitude
• Previous experience as Tech Lead, Team Lead or Engineering Manager role is preferred
• Agile methods and structured requirements are nothing new to you and you like to have it this way
• Happy to give and receive open and constructive feedback, in a clear and respectful manner
• You are the first to jump into action when needed and can learn quickly in agile way
• You are empathic leader with focus on goals and can provide direction to your team members in motivating, empowering and encouraging manner
• You speak and write in English fluently
