We are currently seeking a Tech Lead (m/f/d) to join our partner's team in Berlin or Mannheim, Germany. You will work closely with the Co-Founders to align the business mission and customer needs with a sound technical vision. As one of the first team members, you'll drive the development of AI-powered SaaS products and foster a high-performing engineering culture.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and definition of architecture and technologies aligned with the business strategy.
• Design and build full-stack technologies, continuously enhancing AI capabilities.
• Develop rapidly, then transition to building for scale and quality.
• Engage with customers, translating insights into product features and tech strategies.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Product to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage daily platform operations, including demos, deployments, and maintenance.
• Build and develop the Tech Team, establishing a strong engineering culture.

Typical Tasks

• Evaluate engineering issues and make final decisions on problem-solving.
• Ensure platform security, quality, and compliance through collaboration with partners.
• Define milestones, priorities, and deadlines per the tech roadmap.
• Implement processes for deployment, Scrum, documentation, and quality assurance.

Your Profile

• Hands-on experience in back-end/full-stack engineering, ideally with AI-powered SaaS solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a 'fail fast, learn faster' attitude.
• Ability to manage complex, data-driven projects across Tech and Business teams.
• Experience with API integrations, ERPs, and relevant technologies such as Postgres, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Python, Terraform, Neo4j, Langchain, RAG, React, Typescript, Node.js.
• Leadership experience in growing and developing tech teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Experience as a Tech Entrepreneur or Co-founder is highly regarded.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain industries is a plus.
