We have recently secured €6.5 million in Series A funding, led by Kvanted and ENV, with contributions from NewAlpha Asset Management and several business angels. Our Climate ERP solution is trusted by leaders like Maersk, Nippon Express Europe (NX Group), and DMG MORI, streamlining corporate emission management and reduction. This funding allows us to expand and enhance our platform, integrating sustainability into business operations.

Your Mission

As we prepare to launch our next product squad, we are seeking a passionate Technical Lead to be our AI Innovation Pioneer toward creating sustainable solutions. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to combat the global climate crisis, shaping our technical AI direction and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

Pioneer AI Strategy & Implementation

• Define, scope, and implement AI features and tools within our Climate ERP, identifying opportunities to enhance product capabilities through machine learning and data science.

• Establish the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with our overall product vision and company goals.

• Drive the adoption of AI-first development processes, tooling, and best practices across the engineering team.

• Contribute hands-on to coding AI features, data pipelines, and conduct rigorous code reviews.

Set Technical Direction:

• Enforce robust technical standards and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality development, with a specific focus onAI model integration and performance.

• Oversee architectural decisions, driving process improvements for greater efficiency and scalability of AI solutions.

Leadership & Mentorship:

• Lead by example, mentoring and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration,particularly in emerging AI technologies.

• Develop documentation to enhance team productivity and play a key role in attracting and nurturing top engineering talentpassionate about AI and climate tech.

Who You Are

• Approximately 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, Software Architect, or Senior Engineer with a demonstrated passion for and experience in AI/ML concepts, tools, or implementation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed, strategic decisions under pressure.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.

• A passion for innovation, sustainability, and creating impactful solutions to global challenges.

• Ability to work with a senior leadership team, taking ownership of strategic decisions and leading your team confidently under ambiguity.

• Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills (German is a plus).
