Superchat in Berlin is seeking a backend-leaning Tech Lead to guide a 3-4 engineer team and own the tech for a part of Superchat’s product. The role blends hands-on development with leadership, shaping architecture and delivering key projects on a lean team.
You will work closely with Product, CTO, and CPO, driving technical direction, feedback, and growth while fostering an environment that enables engineers to excel.
