ADP is looking for the next generation of technologists to join our Global Product and Technology (GPT) Development Programme.

What’s our secret to success? Well, that’s easy. People like you. We’re seeking enthusiastic new graduates to help us build the next generation of ADP technologies. As part of the GPT Development Programme, your goal is to learn as much as possible in eight weeks. We’ll provide you with the tools, technology, and knowledge needed to succeed. You’ll then be placed with our brightest associates as an Associate Application Developer, joining our passionate team of technologists who innovate solutions to new challenges.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with development teams to build innovative products for ADP
2. Network with professionals to guide and support your skill development
3. Gain practical experience with current technologies in programming, scripting, designing, or web development

Experience & Qualifications

• Graduate or up to two years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Python or R
• Experience with databases and SQL
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Critical thinking and analytical mindset
• Passion for next-generation technologies

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
• Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, SageMaker)
• Experience with Jupyter notebooks, MLflow, or Databricks platform
• Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows OS
