Are you ready to go on a journey with your personal mentor from one of Europe's leading tech consultancies?

The Netlight tech college offers you a glimpse into what tech consulting really means. Through the 6-month program starting in late October, you will have the chance to grow personally and professionally with the support of your mentor, a senior Netlight consultant. You will also take part in a tailor-made program together with the other tech college students. The program is designed to help you sharpen your technical skills and develop your consultant mindset, including teamwork skills and creating technical solutions with a strong business-first approach.

You will get a behind-the-scenes look at one of Europe’s top tech consultancies and discover what it’s like to work in a value-driven, network-organized company with no bosses. You will gain access to over 2000 netlighters, their learnings, and inspiring client stories!

Who are we looking for?

• Based in Hamburg or surroundings
• Master’s student in Computer Science or similar IT studies (e.g., Data, Media Informatics, IT Management, UX/UI)
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Self-motivated, responsible, driven, and eager to learn
• Some relevant work or project experience in Software Engineering
