We are seeking an experienced, highly-driven, and resourceful Tech Business Developer Manager to support our expansion in Germany. Your responsibilities will include promoting Amazon Key products to building managers, owners, and housing associations, collecting market and customer insights to improve our offerings, and building strategic relationships with top real estate management companies. You will work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Program Management teams to scale our efforts and ensure customer satisfaction from onboarding through the entire lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Leveraging your network to access building managers, owners, and housing associations.
  2. Conducting compelling product demos and negotiations with high-level prospects.
  3. Building and qualifying a lead pipeline.
  4. Accelerating Amazon Key expansion using your network and experience.
  5. Maintaining strong relationships with potential strategic customers.
  6. Collaborating with Amazon Key leaders, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
  7. Measuring performance, analyzing root causes, and identifying improvement areas.
  8. Providing exceptional support as the main contact for property managers and owners.
  9. Growing customer relationships and expanding their business into Amazon Key.

A typical day involves utilizing your business development skills, exceeding goals, and working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience selling to building managers, owners, and housing associations is preferred. You should be a self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities and executing effectively to deliver results.
