We are looking for an experienced, highly driven, and resourceful Tech Business Developer Manager to support our expansion in Germany. You will be responsible for promoting Amazon Key products to building managers, building owners, and housing associations. You will also collect market and customer insights to ensure continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction. Your role involves building strategic relationships with top real estate management companies and leading Amazon Key expansion efforts. You will work closely with Operations (for product installation), Marketing (for positioning and customer outreach), and Program Management (for scaling efforts). Additionally, you will be the main contact for property owners and managers, supporting them through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to ensure a positive experience and business growth.

Key job responsibilities

  • Leverage your network to access building managers, owners, and housing associations.
  • Conduct compelling product demos and negotiations with high-level prospects.
  • Build a lead pipeline and qualify leads effectively.
  • Utilize your network and experience to accelerate Amazon Key expansion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential strategic customers.
  • Collaborate with Amazon Key leaders, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
  • Measure performance, analyze root causes, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the main contact for property managers and owners, providing exceptional support.
  • Expand customer relationships and grow their business within Amazon Key.
