What you can expect
  • You have several years of professional experience in customer service, sales, account management or another efficiency-optimised area with a strong customer focus, ideally in the B2B segment.
  • With 2+ years of leadership experience in a comparable customer-facing position, you know how to motivate, coach and develop customer-oriented teams.
  • Managing a customer service team with key figures such as NPS, CSAT, ASA etc. is routine for you.
  • You are very familiar with state-of-the-art customer service systems such as Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Zendesk or Genesys PureCloud.
  • 'Leading by example' means more than words for you - you can also get involved in operations if necessary.
  • You are characterised by an agile mindset, preferring quick action and optimisation over excessive analysis and planning.
  • Constantly questioning the status quo is your way of thinking, not just a management method.
