Your Responsibilities

• Lead the team of five members in Process and Requirements Management, fostering their professional and personal development to achieve shared success.
• Derive team goals from corporate and departmental strategies and steer goal achievement through qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Take responsibility for analyzing, designing, and modeling business processes across all energy market roles.
• Promote efficient communication between your team and internal and external stakeholders at interfaces.
• Focus on increasing process efficiency through automation and digitalization.
• Continuously plan, optimize, and develop workflows, considering legal and regulatory requirements; identify training needs and conduct training sessions.
• Ensure quality control and management tasks within your area of responsibility.
• Actively participate in cross-departmental projects, especially regarding IT requirements and process management.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification, preferably with additional certifications.
• Clear, confident communication combined with organizational strength makes you a team- and solution-oriented leader.
• Profound knowledge of energy industry processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in SAP ERP systems (R3 and S4Hana) and utilities solutions focusing on energy management.
• Your ability to continuously question and optimize workflows and processes actively contributes to your area's development.
