Job Description

As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co., you will work in an environment that celebrates change and ideas. You will be the key link between our products and customers, supporting and developing our Stylists.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and deputise for the management team in delivering KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Set and monitor sales targets for the store team to enhance performance.
• Track KPIs and team performance through reports and updates.
• Assist with store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin, and rota planning.
• Enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional 1-2-1 service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and sharing product knowledge.
• Demonstrate passion for the brand and embody our values.
• Possess strong customer service skills and experience in team management.
