Role :

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM), you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of supply chain solutions within Business Central. You will work closely with clients to ensure that their supply chain processes are optimized for efficiency and scalability, and you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions that meet specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct workshops with clients to gather requirements and provide expert advice on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central’s SCM capabilities.
• Design and configure Business Central solutions, specifically focused on optimizing supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics.
• Provide best practice guidance on supply chain processes and align them with standard Business Central SCM functionalities.
• Work closely with developers to ensure customizations, integrations, and extensions meet the unique needs of the client's supply chain.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Assist with the migration of legacy supply chain systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Offer post-implementation training and support to help clients fully leverage their Business Central SCM solutions.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in consulting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV), with a specific focus on Supply Chain Management modules.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, logistics, warehouse management, and production planning.
• Ability to lead the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, specifically in the SCM domain.
• Experience with Business Central SCM customizations, integrations, and extensions to address client-specific supply chain needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients as necessary.
