Your tasks

As Team Leader Dispatch / Customer Clearance, you will lead a team and ensure smooth operations of shipping documentation, customs clearance, returns, and transport claims. You will work closely with internal teams (Supply Chain Management, Picking, Packing) as well as external partners (logistics providers, customers, export headquarters).

• Responsible for both technical and disciplinary leadership and development of your team
• Optimize shipping and customs processes, including ATLAS and export control
• Ensure an efficient delivery process
• Manage returns, transport claims, and supplier declarations
• Train and develop team members

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in logistics, shipping, supply chain management, or a similar qualification (apprenticeship)
• Several years of professional experience in shipping and customs clearance, including at least two years in a leadership role
• Experience in leading teams, ideally in shipping, customs, or customer clearance
• Solid knowledge of export processing and ATLAS is required
• High communication skills and good organizational talent
• Proficiency in logistics software and customs clearance systems (for third countries, dangerous goods)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluent in German and English
