An industry leading international IPP with a 2,000+ MW renewable portfolio across solar, wind, and BESS is scaling fast through global expansion. To support this growth, they’re seeking a dynamic Team Leader to guide their Land Acquisition Managers and drive new project success.

Job Description :

• Lead and expand the land acquisition team in Eastern + Northern Germany, overseeing projects from greenfield to planning and supporting through to construction readiness.
• Coordinate all processes from initial contact with property owners to site assessments and contractual agreements.
• Represent company interests while integrating stakeholder needs, fostering collaboration.
• Remain hands-on in land acquisition activities, directly engaging with stakeholders and driving project progress.
• Act as the company’s external representative at trade fairs, community meetings, and industry events.

The Ideal Candidate :

• 4+ years of experience in land acquisition and renewable energy development.
• Strong network within renewable energies and with farmers, municipalities, property managers, etc., especially in Brandenburg, Saxony or Thuringia.
• Skilled in presenting and communicating project plans effectively.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to align internal teams and external partners.
• Results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving goals and advancing projects independently.
• Enjoys working in diverse teams and is willing to travel to support land acquisition efforts on-site.
