Objective
Development and utilization of suitable means and methods of modern personnel policy, personnel development and promotion as well as personnel management. Playing a key role in shaping strategic HR work, in particular by defining principles and objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Negotiating partner for the works council in all matters relating to works constitution law in connection with corporate requirements
- Ensuring participation in accordance with the law and trusting cooperation with the works council
- Participating in collective bargaining issues
- Developing, implementing and managing a needs-oriented training program
- Initiating and managing needs assessment
- Obtaining specifications/orientation relating to corporate development
- Supporting and advising the company's managers and employees on contractual matters, vacancies, procurement management, individual legal issues, employment law issues for line managers and personal issues
- Participating at European HR management level in all matters relating to Group-wide HR work and designing a virtually uniform process landscape
- Personnel controlling
- Target/actual comparison, forecasting and forecast calculations
- Support function for annual financial statements, personnel planning, personnel cost planning; for internal auditing, auditors, managers
- Supporting the process for operational, short and medium-term planning of costs and capacities
- Ensuring reports/statistics/analyses for internal and Group-wide purposes
- Ensuring legally compliant payroll accounting, including responsibility for statutory audits by the competent authorities
- Designing, coordinating and implementing the initial training of skilled workers and managing the full-time trainers
- Representing the company on training issues in public relations work and in cooperation with other companies
- Representing the company in labor law matters before the responsible court
- Performing and acting in accordance with the guidelines of the management manual
Position Requirements
- College / university degree
- Experience: Specialized knowledge, interdisciplinary experience and know-how (2 years+)
- Training as a company health manager
- Solid knowledge of labor and social security law
- Confident handling of MS Office products
- German language skills (business fluent)
- English language skills (business fluent)
