• Technical management of a motivated team of 6 developers with strategic and operational responsibility
• Continuous further development of quality standards and optimization of team processes
• Supporting colleagues from induction to the targeted further development of existing talents
• Close dialog with other IT areas (Ops, WMS and ERP team) and the Product Owner for seamless collaboration
• Active promotion of an agile development culture with a hands-on mentality
• Independent co-development of innovative software projects
• Ensuring high code quality and smooth deployment processes
• Development and implementation of strategies to avoid and handle technical debt
• Coordination of structured project documentation
• Promotion of regular professional exchange and communication within the team

What You Bring With You

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, ideally already with management experience
• Expertise in the structural and technical development of complex PHP applications
• In-depth knowledge of the Laravel framework for extensive applications
• Strong communication skills and quick grasp of complex technical issues
• Very good knowledge of object-oriented PHP backend development with strategic and practical thinking skills
• Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Genuine enthusiasm for teamwork, empathetic leadership and innovation
