Your Role

• Act as a (finance) business partner for the Executive Board and regional/legal entities on strategic and operational supply chain issues.
• Take group-wide controlling responsibility for production, logistics, quality, technology, and planning.
• Support and develop strategic planning, including monthly forecasting and annual target setting.
• Lead strategic projects to increase efficiency across the Group in coordination with management.
• Contribute to the development of the Group-wide management concept for the Supply Chain division.
• Manage digitalization projects and global process optimizations and standardizations.
• Manage a team of Supply Chain Controllers, fostering a cooperative and high-performance team culture.
• Identify training and development needs for team members and support their growth.

Your Profile

• Relevant experience in supply chain and production controlling in an industrial company.
• Proven leadership qualities through professional and/or disciplinary management roles.
• Degree in business administration, controlling, accounting, or similar.
• Experience with SAP and IT tools.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical, quick learner, solution- and goal-oriented.
• Excellent team and communication skills, hands-on mentality.
