Your Contribution:

  • You will take on the strategic leadership and further development of our Project Management Office (PMO) team to successfully implement first-class projects in internal IT.
  • You will be responsible for planning and executing M&A projects, with your expertise playing a crucial role in due diligence and integration management.
  • In your role, you will coordinate all relevant project activities and report directly to management, always focusing on results and quality.
  • You will promote a collaborative and innovative team culture based on agile methods and continuous improvement.
  • You will work closely with other departments to optimize processes and maximize synergies.

What You Bring:

  • You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • You have proven success in project management within IT, ideally in a leadership position, and consistently strive for the best results.
  • You have solid knowledge of M&A processes as well as IT system integration and understand the challenges and opportunities based on your own experience.
  • With your excellent communication skills and team spirit, you inspire others and create a dynamic and positive working atmosphere.
  • You are fluent in both German and English and bring an international perspective.
