Job summary

GP Solution is seeking a Teamlead (m/f/d) for blade repair in a field-based role. The position is a permanent contract with an attractive salary and meal allowances for abroad activities and longer rotations, plus a company fitness program.

You will lead a small team (up to 3), carry out repair and maintenance on rotor blades via rope access, inspect surfaces, plan tasks, coordinate with back office, and document work. Travel and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• IRATA/FISAT Level 3 certification required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in wind energy.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent English.
