How will you make an impact?

Responsibilities:

I. Team Management & Development:

1. Career Path Development: Guide and support the career development of team members, providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
2. Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, providing regular feedback and addressing performance issues.
3. Technical Evaluation & Recruitment: Lead the technical evaluation process for new jewelry recruits.
4. Skills Assessment & Training: Develop and implement technical assessments for jewelers, create and deliver training programs to enhance their skills, and monitor their progress.

II. Workshop Operations & Efficiency:

1. Capacity Planning: Monitor workshop capacity and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow.
2. Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all Maison policies and procedures within the workshop.
3. Procedure Development: Create and maintain operating procedures for the workshop, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
4. Workshop Organization: Maintain efficient workshop organization, adhering to regional standards and best practices.
5. Assign repairs: Manage flow of repairs.

III. Technical Expertise & Quality Control:

1. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and support to the team on repairs, machinery, tools, and process deployment.
2. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Maison novelties and provide training to the team.

IV. Administration & Documentation:

1. Documentation Management: Maintain and share technical documentation.
2. Bench Test Assessment: Assess and coordinate bench tests, including logging and administrative tasks.
