We are working in partnership with an international dental brand recruiting an experienced Product Manager to join their team in Germany.

Overview

1. You have a high degree of technical understanding of the dental industry and additive manufacturing materials.
2. You will leverage your years of experience in product management within the dental industry to take responsibility for end-to-end product lifecycle management of a range of 3D printing solutions.
3. You will use your analytical skills for market and competitor research and your strategic skills for product planning, road mapping, and launch.
4. Your communication skills and ability to work within a team will be challenged via cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Production, QA / RA, Sales, and Marketing departments.
5. The role will have a commercial focus and you will need to call upon your experience working with dealers and sales teams during regular customer-facing interactions.
6. You will have responsibility for a team of 3 direct reports with chemical backgrounds. Your technical knowledge will be valuable for effective communication, and your leadership skills will be critical for successful collaboration.
