Responsibilities:

• Responsible management of shift teams through a strong presence in production
• Implementation of capacity planning with regard to optimal economic use of resources as well as personnel deployment and machine planning
• Ensuring compliance with procedural and work instructions as well as process parameters
• Achievement of targets through the active management of our operational KPI system
• Implementation and participation in Lean / CIP projects
• Participation in personnel recruitment as well as active design of employee qualification and personnel development
• Responsibility for occupational safety and its implementation, including training of employees

Qualifications:

• Training as an industrial foreman or technician
• Practical experience in the apprenticeship profession of process mechanic
• Leadership experience in an area of O-ring production desired
• Very good knowledge of production processes as well as experience in lean production / optimization of processes
• Good IT skills and good English skills
• Assertiveness and discipline
• Independent way of working and good communication with employees and departments
• Ability to work in a team and long-term orientation for Freudenberg
• Willingness to work shifts
