Your areas of responsibility:
You will support and assist our Managing Director, the Executive Committee, and the ENETS Office Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning, organisation and follow-up of events (conferences, annual meetings and webinars)
- Assisting in the preparation and documentation of Executive Committee meetings
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for supervisors and the team
- Assisting project coordination and documentation
- Creating and formatting presentations
- Preparing and reviewing travel expense reports and other reimbursements
- Handling emails and telephone enquiries - primarily in English
- Updating and maintaining the ENETS websites: www.enets.org and www.enetsconference.org
- Assisting with newsletters and social media communications
Your profile:
You are a proactive and detail-oriented team player who brings:
- Completed vocational training in office administrationor a comparable qualification
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A high level of independence, flexibility, loyalty, and discretion
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A reliable, accurate, and structured working style
- A confident and professional demeanour
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Fluency English and German (spoken and written)
