Qualifications:

• Desire to delight customers with great food and good vibes
• Friendly and customer service oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle kitchen heat; knife skills a plus
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
• Comfortable with noise levels from music and customer traffic
• Ability to manage potential allergens (peanuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, shellfish)
• Stand/walk for at least 3 hours
• At least 16 years old
• Lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally

For Illinois applicants: must become food safety certified within 30 days of employment.

Job Duties:

• Operate multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Restock food line, chips, and cooler
• Prepare quality products efficiently
• Use of slicer for those 18+ (if applicable)
• Clean and sanitize work areas and utensils
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures
• Address customer complaints professionally
• Handle delivery, catering, and pickup orders
• Perform other duties as assigned
