• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a group of 5 consultants within our EPM Berlin team. Support their performance, development, and market strategy.
• Business Development: Build strong, long‑term client relationships and expand our presence across the Life Sciences market in Germany.
• Candidate Engagement: Manage candidate pipelines, provide consultative support, and guide talent through the hiring journey.
• Strategic Growth: Contribute to the expansion of our EPM brand in Berlin and help shape team culture, processes, and market positioning.
• Market Expertise: Stay close to industry developments, trends, and regulatory updates to offer informed recruitment solutions.
