Hudson Talent Solutions partners with a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturer to recruit a Senior Recruiter who will shape talent acquisition across Germany and Europe. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, advise hiring managers, and drive an excellent candidate experience in a complex, regulated industry.

Based in Berlin with a hybrid setup, you will build talent pipelines, craft sourcing strategies, and collaborate with HR and senior stakeholders to align workforce planning with business

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in agency, RPO, or in-house recruitment, ideally at Senior Recruiter level.
• Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing channels.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment capabilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Experience recruiting within pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, biotechnology, healthcare, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of the German employment market and recruitment practices.
• Experience working within an international or matrix organisation.
