Job summary

Arrive is seeking a Team Manager - Partner Success (DACH) to lead the DACH Partner Success team in Berlin. You will report to the Regional Director, align local initiatives with global systems, and operate as a flow agent to remove bottlenecks while shaping the future of urban mobility in a high-growth setting.

You will drive local partner success strategy, manage budgets, and ensure efficient, scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading teams in operations, project management or partner/customer success in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong track record of developing and motivating diverse teams, including performance reviews and recruiting.
• Experience optimizing end-to-end local delivery workflows and transitioning local systems to global platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with KPI dashboards to drive data-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute local partner success strategies aligned with regional plans and budgets.
• Own country-level budgets and operational performance.
• Prioritize and allocate resources across projects, orders, and support.
• Optimize end-to-end local delivery workflows and ensure local processes map to global systems.
• Drive tooling optimization by migrating legacy platforms to global systems with local requirements.
• Coordinate daily team operations and lead regular operational meetings as flow agent.
• Foster a customer-centric service mindset through onboarding, training and stakeholder engagement.
• Create a safe, collaborative culture and support team well-being with regular 1-on-1s.
• Standardize local procedures and establish KPI dashboards and service level transparency.
• Lead Annual Compensation Review preparation with Team Leader.

The Role

Within our Parking Business Unit, you will lead our DACH Partner Success team as the Team Manager - Partner Success (DACH). In this vital leadership position, you will report directly to the Regional Director and collaborate closely with key stakeholders across regional delivery teams, global tooling, and regional leadership. The purpose of this role is to execute our regional partner success strategy, empower local teams, and ensure DACH partner success activities run efficiently and to high standards. As a unique opportunity, you will serve as a "flow agent," identifying process bottlenecks and bridging global systems with local market nuances, giving you a powerful platform to build stability for our growing team and shape the future of urban mobility in a high-growth environment.

• Formulate and execute local partner success strategies that align with regional plans, taking ownership of local budgets and regional performance.
• Ownership for the country(ies) budget and operational performance
• Prioritize and allocate resources effectively across implementation projects, customer orders & support.
• Continuously optimize end-to-end local delivery workflows (such as Order-to-Invoice), ensuring central global processes translate seamlessly to local market specificities.
• Drive tooling optimization by transitioning legacy local platforms to global unified systems, balancing high scalability with essential local requirements.
• Accountable for coordinating daily team operations and leading collective operational meetings, serving as a "flow agent" to resolve operational friction and elevate complex issues when necessary.
• Instill a deep, customer-centric service mindset within the team through structured onboarding, professional training, and active stakeholder engagement.
• Foster a cohesive, collaborative, and psychologically safe environment, supporting team well-being through regular 1-on-1 conversations and constructive feedback.
• Standardize local procedures and establish robust KPI grids and dashboards to build transparency around client and partner service levels.’
• Accountable for the Annual Compensation Review process, the preparation of the assessment is done together with the Team Leader

Your background

• 5+ years of professional experience leading, motivating, and developing teams in operations management, project management, or partner/customer success within a high-growth SaaS, technology, or mobility environment.
• Proven track record of developing and motivating diverse teams, including running performance reviews, compensation planning, and recruiting talent.
• Strong experience in optimizing end-to-end local delivery workflows and leading transition initiatives from local systems to global platform solutions.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, with a history of designing and utilizing KPI dashboards to drive data-based decisions and transparent service levels.
• Native/C2 German and C1 English level. Additional European languages considered a plus.
