Phaidon International invites an experienced 360 Recruiter to Berlin to step into a Team Lead role within our EPM Scientific brand. Lead a growing team of consultants, coach performance, and drive market strategy in Life Sciences.

You will build client relationships, manage candidate pipelines, and influence growth across the Berlin market while staying current with industry trends and regulatory changes. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter in Life Sciences, Pharma, biotech or related sectors.
• First leadership experience or strong interest in stepping into a team lead role.
• Deep understanding of full recruitment lifecycle and client management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A track record of consistent performance and hitting targets.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, CRMs and sourcing tech.
• A proactive, growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent English essential in an international environment.
