Job Description:

We are looking for you to join our client as a Team Leader in Renewable Energy (m/f/d).

• Disciplinary and technical management, as well as further development of the team.
• Coordination and management of projects from acquisition to commissioning.
• Management of the development of wind and photovoltaic projects.
• Monitoring and adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Implementation of approval procedures.
• Economic analysis of projects.
• Efficient communication with stakeholders.

Skills requested:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geography, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, ideally in the development or implementation of wind and solar projects.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant approval procedures in the renewable energy sector (e.g. BImSchG, BauGB).
• Proficiency in using standard project management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum C1).
