Zusammenfassung

Ein biotechnologisches Unternehmen im Raum Düsseldorf sucht einen Global Master Data Manager (m/w/d), um ein internationales Team von Experten zu leiten. Die Position beinhaltet die Entwicklung von Datenmanagementstrategien, die Umsetzung agiler Projektmanagementmethoden und die Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen. Der ideale Kandidat hat einen Abschluss in Wirtschaft oder Ingenieurwesen mit umfassendem Erfahrungshorizont im Datenmanagement und der Führung von Teams.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Datenmanagement, idealerweise mit Management- oder Projektmanagementerfahrung.
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse im Fertigungssektor.
• Fließend in Englisch; Deutsch von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Führen eines internationalen Teams von 9 Datenexperten.
• Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Zusammenarbeitmodelle.
• Verantwortliche/r Ansprechpartner/in für Masterdaten in verschiedenen Projekten.

Global Master Data Manager - Team Leader Master Data (m/f/d)


Your task

- Collaboration in the Global Process and Master Data Governance department in Hilden with an international team.

- Leading an international team of 9 master data experts (offshore) and central contact person for stakeholders in the area of data management and responsible data domains.

- Development and implementation of new collaboration models as well as technical and disciplinary team leadership to foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

- Contact person for responsible master data in various projects and independent management of cross-divisional projects in data management.

- Expansion of the professional network to promote the global harmonisation and optimisation of business processes, particularly in the standardisation of master data and further development of the management system.


Your profile

- Degree in economics, engineering or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience in the field of data management, ideally with initial management experience or project management experience focussing on data structures.

- In-depth understanding of business processes and data management in a manufacturing organisation, with familiarity with typical data management terms and definitions.

- Strong analytical and conceptual working skills, as well as a structured and goal-orientated way of working. Complemented by experience in agile project and process management and a high degree of independence and motivation.

- Experience with enterprise software (e.g. ERP systems, SAP-MDG, PIM, SFDC) and the ability to familiarise yourself with new technologies and methods.

- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate an international team, foster collaboration and lead team members to best results. Also negotiation and influencing skills for stakeholder collaboration and strategy implementation.

- Fluency in English (oral and written), German is a plus.
