Your Tasks
Would you like to take on responsibility, develop a team and design innovative IT solutions? Then become part of our team. As a team leader (m/f/d) in the IT Service Desk, you will take responsibility for technical challenges and work with us to design future-oriented IT solutions. With your know-how, leadership skills and service orientation, you will ensure sustainable improvements and satisfied users throughout the company.
- You lead and develop your team with passion - as a coach, mentor and motivator
- You are the technical contact person for complex challenges and promote a solution-oriented way of working
- You ensure that our employees experience smooth and service-oriented IT support at all times
- You accompany the implementation of exciting IT projects in the area of support and infrastructure
- You actively shape and develop our modern and agile IT service desk
- You monitor service quality, derive optimization measures and ensure continuous improvement
- You will work closely with the Head of IT and other specialist departments and ensure effective cross-departmental collaboration
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies or comparable training in the IT sector
- Several years of relevant professional and management experience in the IT support or IT infrastructure environment
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 Cloud and Azure
- In-depth know-how in the administration of complex IT environments
- Sound knowledge in dealing with ticket systems (e.g. Matrix42)
- Enthusiasm for customer service and a strong awareness of quality
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and the ability to inspire people
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
