Aufgaben

• Disciplinary responsibility for the members of the team.
• Be the point of contact for the project managers and proposal managers on resource needs.
• Be the point of contact for the employees on technical matters and professional development.
• Scheduling of staff incl. cooperation in the recruitment of personnel.
• Cooperation with the line managers of the department.
• Ensure technical information exchange and networking within the team, conduct team meetings to share knowledge between projects.
• Implement lessons learned across projects for systems engineering processes.
• Ensure the quantitative and qualitative timely provision of the required personnel with adequate skills for OHB System AG's projects.
• Plan the work processes and tasks of the team, considering the project constraints, by supporting projects in the bidding process.
• Ensure completion of the allocated tasks productively, effectively and efficiently, taking into account the legal regulations and valid company agreements.
• Evaluate compatibility of Technologies and Innovations with existing processes,
• Support achievement of department goals
