Team Leader (f / m / x) Product Management – Workflow & Automation
Your responsibilities

Sysmex Europe SE is seeking a dynamic and strategic Team Leader Product Management – Automation in the Workflow & Automation department, to lead a team of Product Managers covering the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our automation and IT product portfolios, including Haematology and Haemostasis solutions, IT components, and IT security. As Team Leader, you will :

  1. Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration and growth.
  2. Strategize and align product visions with market needs and company goals.
  3. Integrate portfolios across automation, IT components, and IT security for a seamless customer experience.
  4. Oversee lifecycle management ensuring proactive planning and adherence to PLC processes.
  5. Manage stakeholders across internal departments, business lines, headquarters in Japan, and external partners, acting as a key point of escalation.
  6. Monitor performance and report on team metrics, challenges, and achievements.
  7. Plan resources and contribute to budget forecasting.
  8. Improve processes to enhance product management workflows.
  9. Share knowledge and best practices across the team and organization.
Your profile

We’re looking for someone with :

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific, technical, or business field (advanced degree preferred).
  2. Significant experience in product management within the IVD industry or related field.
  3. Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
  4. Strong understanding of IVD laboratory workflows, automation technologies, IT infrastructure, and security.
  5. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  6. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Work Environment & Travel :
  • Primarily office-based.
  • Occasional traveling within the EMEA region may be required for meetings, conferences, and customer visits.
