Job Responsibilities

1. Support with expertise in Electrical design, including circuit diagrams, BOM, component selections, and scripts.
2. Contribute to the development of other major systems and components in vehicle design.
3. Establish key contacts between TRG Electrical design team members and the technical lead.
4. Manage supplier control and quality assurance.
5. Perform tasks as an expert in CAD E3.
6. Manage electrical design processes.
7. Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
8. Monitor and ensure the achievement of project schedules and milestones.

Minimum Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, ideally related to railway systems.
• Knowledge of relevant EU standards, norms, and safety requirements in electrical and safety design.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience or verifiable knowledge in electrical system design, preferably in the railway sector.
• Experience with interfaces between converter and control systems is a plus.
• Profound knowledge in requirements engineering and systems understanding (V-model).
• Ability to handle customer inquiries of a technical nature with quick and effective problem-solving skills.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
