Job Description:

Your contribution:

  • Ensure best-in-class Customer Satisfaction and support CI processes.
  • Lead team for integrated service from order entry to order fulfilment.
  • Lead and initiate (sub-) projects to improve Customer Excellence-related processes and costs.
  • Lead and support (sub-) projects to improve distribution regarding supply chain master plan.
  • Meet service levels and inventory targets in balance with cost targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure intensive relationship and communication with customers and Sales responsible.
  • Assure appropriate communication to customers.
  • Lead, support, and develop team members.
  • Lead daily meetings to discuss and resolve shortages or delivery issues.
  • Set up new customers in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor service and logistics performance (KPIs).
  • Regularly review targets and report based on KPI metrics.
  • Collaborate with carriers, service providers, and shipping companies.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export procedures and collaborate with Trade Compliance.
  • Maintain relevant systems (e.g., ATLAS, Intra-EC trade statistics).

Education, knowledge, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completed apprenticeship with experience in logistics, sales, or similar.
  • Experience leading small teams in sales, production, or logistics environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP.
  • Knowledge of export declarations, export control, and logistics of dangerous goods shipments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
