Qualifikationen

• 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der landwirtschaftlichen Zertifizierung.
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung.

Aufgaben

• Leitung des Business Support-Teams in Bezug auf Mitarbeiter- und Aufgabenmanagement.
• Sicherstellung einer respektvollen und professionellen Beziehung zu Stakeholdern.

The GLOBALG.A.P. brand is owned and operated by FoodPLUS GmbH; a limited liability company registered in Cologne, Germany. FoodPLUS GmbH is responsible for managing the GLOBALG.A.P. portfolio of smart farm assurance solutions and the related day-to-day operations – from standard setting and certification management to integrity and marketing. FoodPLUS GmbH also serves as the legal entity holding the international copyrights for the GLOBALG.A.P. brand and the GGN consumer label which stands for certified, responsible farming and transparency.

We are looking for a Team Leader Business Support (m/f/d) in full-time (39h/week) to start immediately.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in the field of agricultural engineering; or equivalent
• 5 years of practical experience in agricultural certification and min. 2 years experience in managing employees
• Proficient in English (C1 level)
• Ability to make strategic decisions and effectively plan and organize tasks to achieve business objectives

What you will do:

• Lead the Business Support team with regards to employee, budget and task management
• Ensure that the implementation of the rules by the stakeholders is timely and in line with the objectives set to ensure that our stakeholders are equipped to fulfil their role
• Provide timely and appropriate support and advice to other teams and experts
• Ensure a respectful and professional relationship for a long and fruitful collaboration at all levels (e.g. Producer, CB) through targeted communication
