Purpose of role

This role supports Sales/GTM, PMO, Delivery, and CoDelivery teams by providing product expertise, enabling scope clarity, and supporting artifact creation for product delivery. The role includes onboarding new starters and co-delivery partners, aligning with various teams to prioritize work, and maintaining relationships with senior management to ensure customer success. The Lead Consultant also evaluates customer requests, assists in sales support, and ensures product alignment to delivery standards.
